Digital delivery
InstaReels provides a digital video-editing service. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no shipping charge applies.
Turnaround
Our target is to deliver the first completed reel within 48 hours after successful payment and receipt of usable customer media and instructions. If files are incomplete, corrupted, inaccessible, or require clarification, the delivery window may begin after the issue is resolved.
How delivery works
The completed reel is made available in the customer’s signed-in account. Customers can view and download their delivered file from My Reels. Service updates may also be sent to the registered email address when email notifications are configured.
Delivery problems
If a completed reel is not available within the stated window, contact support@instareels.cloud or open a support ticket from your account.
