Service
InstaReels is a manual creative service operated by Luminox Ventures LLP. A customer account is required. Each reel costs ₹200 and becomes a submitted order only after successful server-verified payment.
Delivery
We target delivery within 48 hours of paid submission and receipt of usable media and instructions.
Customer media and consent
You must own or have permission to use submitted media. By checking consent during checkout, you authorize our studio to process those files solely to fulfil the order, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, or malicious content. We may reject such content and handle any refund according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Payment, cancellation, and refund records may be retained as required for operational and legal purposes.
