Data we collect
Luminox Ventures LLP collects account details, contact information, reel instructions, consent records, payment references, support messages, and media supplied for an order.
How we use it
We use this data to authenticate customers, process payments, create and deliver reels, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain operational/audit records.
Media protection
Source and final media are held in private storage and served only after authorization checks. Final reels can be downloaded repeatedly by the owning customer.
Processors
Razorpay processes payments. Configured email providers deliver service notifications. Their handling is governed by their policies and our operational agreements.
Retention and requests
Media and records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, security, accounting, or legal obligations. Contact support@instareels.cloud for access, correction, or deletion requests; some transaction records may need to be retained.
