Can I get my money back?
You can request a cancellation from My Reels while an order is still submitted or processing. Our team reviews it and, if approved, the refund is sent through Razorpay. Full terms are on the Refund & Cancellation page.
Who can see my photos?
Only you and the editor working on your order. Files are stored outside the public website and served only to your signed-in account. We never publish a reel without asking you first.
How long does it really take?
